Abstract

This paper aimed to design connection network amongst Deputies of Legislative Assembly of Minas Gerais State, from 13th to 15th legislatures, in order to analyze the public budged
processing of Minas Gerais State. Based on network methodology and statistical results from network topology all networks were designed. The results showed coalizacional identification to 13th legislature with a clear power division and some situation party generating a Bräess
Paradox. In the 14th legislature a fine power division between the situation and opposition groups into centrality group formed. Finally, in the 15th legislature, the division of power
was most evident when into centrality group were showed the opposition group domain. When analyzing the conduct of budgetary processes in their respective legislatures, there was
a huge gap in the 15th largest justified by the dominance of the opposition group centrality.
